I let the smuggler go on purpose, so... Calm down. We'll get him. I threw a tracker on his boat, so not only will we catch the criminal, he will hopefully lead us to his hiding place.

This island seems empty, but the tracker shows me the smuggler headed here. There must be a secret entrance... Find it, and then get back on the boat!
