2:05 - Artefact Part.
5:24 - Follow the skeleton into the other crypt.
6:20 - Rotate the statues as per arrows to open each door.
7:41 - Open the library and look for the book there.
8:01 - Go towards secret library of Magnus.
8:20 - Fetch Magnus' leg that fell off.
8:46 - Find the dog and get back the leg from him.
9:31 - (Optional) Feed the dog for some XP.
10:11 - Rotate the statues to open gates to the secret library.
11:37 - Find book in one of the rooms.
12:58 - Talk to Manny Magnus, quest done.
13:31 - Treasure Chest.
14:00 - Digging leftover tiles.

The Crown of Resurrection that could bring Mortimer back to life... I don't have it. It is Manny Magnus, an old mage, who does. But he's dead... Ironic, right? You'll have to find his grave.
